Can I book a regular window clean?
Yes. Tell me where you’re based and I’ll let you know about the round in your area.
Do you need to visit to give me a price?
Usually, your address and a few photos are enough. If I need anything else, I’ll just ask.
Do you clean commercial properties?
I mainly clean homes, but I’ve worked on commercial properties too. Get in touch and tell me what you need.
Which areas do you cover?
I cover Bishop’s Stortford, Rayne, Braintree, Chelmsford and surrounding areas. Send me your postcode and I’ll check availability for your address.
Do I need to be home for the clean?
Let me know about gates, rear access or any areas that need unlocking. We’ll agree access and whether you need to be there before I visit.
What should I send when asking for a quote?
Send your address, a few clear photos and a note about what you’d like cleaned. Mention any awkward access too. If I need more information, I’ll ask.
Can I ask for more than one cleaning service?
Yes. Tell me all the areas you’d like cleaned, whether that’s windows, gutters, a conservatory or fascias and soffits. I’ll confirm what I can help with and the price.
